摘要
履带式多用工程车是一种新型工程机械,可以实现推土、吊装和绞拉等多种作业.为解决履带式多用工程车操作人员的技术培训问题,针对其操纵技术特点,设计其模拟训练器的数据采集系统.系统以LabVIEW为开发平台,通过PCI-6013数据采集卡和PCI-8405开关量输入卡实现信息采集、数据分析处理与实时显示,使用方便可靠,采样精度高,且缩短了开发周期,简化了程序设计,提高了训练效果.给出了系统结构、硬件与软件的实现方法,有较好的实用性.
Crawler-mounted multi-use engineering vehicle is a new engineering machine which can shovel, hoist, haul etc. In order to solve the problem of training operators, this paper designs the data acquisition system of its training simulator based on the operating specialty. This system is developed under LabVIEW and realizes data acquisition, data analysis and real time displaying with PCI-6013 and PCI-8405 data acquisition card. It is reliable, easy to use and has high acquiring precision. The developing time is shortened, program designing is simplified and training effect is improved. This system framework and realization methods of its hardware and software are introduced and it has better practicality.
