摘要
鉴于当前对动脉血栓性疾病中遗传因素的研究不断增多,本文从止血因素、血小板表面受体、纤溶因素、同型半胱氨酸代谢酶、一氧化氮合酶、抗氧化酶和脂蛋白等多系统相关基因多态性方面对这些遗传因素与动脉血栓性疾病关联性的现代认识和研究趋势进行了综述,旨在为血栓防治提供新的线索。
As to the increasing knowledge in the genetic factors for the disorders of arterial thrombosis,the related gene - polymorphisms in the fields of the hemostatic factors,platelet surface receptors,fibrinolytic factors,metabolic enzymes related to homocystein,nitric oxide (NO) synthase,antioxidant enzymes and lipoprotein (a) were reviewed and their study trends was also discussed in this paper,so as to provide the new clinical clues for the prevention and treatment on the arterial thrombosis.
