摘要
政府及其工作人员拥有巨大公共权力,如果不进一步加强和改善对政府及其工作人员的行政监督,就会导致权力的失控。文章论述了我国现行行政监督体系中存在的一些问题,从改革原有的行政监督体制、增强监督的力度、完善行政监督方法等方面对我国现行行政监督体系的改革提出了一些想法。
The government including its employee has the huge power.The power would be out of control without supervision.There exists some questions in the administration supervision in our country.The idea on the reform of the administration supervision in our country is discussed in the paper in terms of the reform of the administration supervision system,strength of the administration supervision,improvement of the ways of the administration supervision.
