摘要
在知识经济时代,现代图书馆必须把“以人为本”作为服务和管理的核心理念,该文从图书馆服务和管理两个方面阐述“以人为本”思想的内涵和具体要求。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, modern libraries are required to regard human-orientation as the key principles in service and management. The following paper will give a detailed explanation of the connotation and specific requirements from two aspects. One is human-oriented service, the other is human management.
