摘要
莲瓣兰是中国传统兰花,主要分布在云南西北部、四川西南部和台湾.本研究试图从繁育系统方面对莲瓣兰进行研究,从而为有效保护和合理开发野生莲瓣兰资源提供科学依据.通过对4个莲瓣兰居群进行授粉试验,结果表明:莲瓣兰自体授精结实率为1%,人工自交结实率为96%,人工杂交结实率为90%.莲瓣兰是自交亲和的,但在天然条件下的有性繁殖主要依靠媒介传粉.大理(YL)和福贡(FG)居群间的杂交结实率均为100%,而保山(BS)和维西(WX)居群间的杂交结实率分别为73%和77%.
Cymbidium tortisepalum(Fukuyama) is one of famous oriental orchids,which mainly distributes in the northwest of Yunnan,the southeast of Sichuan and Taiwan.This paper attempts to make a study on the species concerning the mode of reproduction,and to provide some basic data of genetic diversity for its effective conservation and sustainable development.The main results are as follows: pollination experiments showed that the fruit set is 1% in spontaneous autogamy,96% in artificial autogamy and 90% in artificial outcrossing;tortisepalum is self-compatible,but dependent mainly on pollinators in nature;the artificial outcrossing between Da Li and Fu Gong population resulted in 100% fruit set,but outcrossing between Bao Shan and Wei Xi population only induced respectively 73% and 77% fruit set.
