摘要
新农村建设是全面推进和谐社会和现代化建设的重中之重,地方政府应在加大政策倾斜,加大资金和科技投入力度的同时,用新观念、好思路来引导和帮助农村做好发展规划,做好基础设施和社会保障体系的建设,使农村人民轻装上阵,依靠勤劳和智慧大力发展农村经济,带动农村政治建设、文化建设的全面进步.
Building a new socialist countryside is vital to the construction of a harmonious society and modernization of the country.By strengthening policy support and encouraging the investment of funds and technology in rural development,local government shall accelerate the construction of rural infrastructure and establishment of social security services to bring a rapid and significant progress in the political and cultural undertakings of the countryside.
