摘要
指出了影响学报学术质量的诸多因素,阐述了提高学报学术质量的重要性;从稿源、审稿以及论文的时效性三方面入手,为进一步提高学报学术质量,编辑部应发挥其在整个工作流程中的主导作用,并提出了相应措施。
Pointed out the many factors affecting the quality of academic journals on the importance of improving the quality of academic journals; From the following sources, the papers reviewed and timeliness three aspects, in order to further enhance the quality of academic journals, department should play its entire workflow in the leading role, and made the corresponding measures.
