摘要
改革开放以来,国际间教育的交流与合作已成为一种必然趋势,本文在考察调研的基础上,分析了爱尔兰高等教育的特点,提出了从办学理念、教育体制、师资队伍、合作伙伴质量等方面进一步开展工作来提高目前中国高等院校对外合作办学质量的基本思路。
Since China’s reform and opening, exchange and cooperation of international education have already become a necessary trend. This paper analyses the characteristics of Irish higher education based on the author’s investigation, then ideas of improving the quality of Joint Programs have been put forward including making efforts on reform on educational concepts, education system, improving qualities of teaching staffs and Joint Programs partners.
