摘要
延续城市文脉、重构城市空间、提升城市功能和创新城市发展策略等四个方面应该是进行重点探索和研究的基本方向。围绕实现“四个中心”的基本发展目标,作为一个位于城市中心地区的老码头和工业基地,上海世博会地区应该向着国际性城市先锋地区迈进。这种城市中心区功能的转换、重生和提升,必将伴随上海建设现代化国际大都市的全过程。
There are at least four aspects taken as the basic orientation of explore and study assumed by the urban planner,in-cluding extension of the urban context,the reconstruction urban space,enhancing ur-ban functions and innovative strategies for urban development. On the realization of the“ four centers” basic development goals,as a port terminal and the old indus-trial base situated in the city center,the 2010 Shanghai World Expo area ought to pro-ceed forward to“ international urban van-guard region ”. The conversion,rebirth and upgrade of the function in city center area will accompany the entire process of Shanghai’s building a modern interna-tional metropolis.
