摘要
城市规划过程中的公众参与办法是今年上海推进中心城控制性详细规划编制工作的主要课题之一。课题组选取闵行区龙柏社区作为试点,更多地了解了公众的意愿,增加了与公众沟通的渠道, 逐步完善公众参与制度,提高了城市规划的民主化决策水平。
Public participation in city planning is a major topic for the promotion of controlled detailed planning of the central areas of Shanghai City in 2006. The research team selected the Longbai neighborhood, Minhang District, as an experimental area to know more about public wishes, communicate with the public through more channels, improve the system of public participation, and upgrade the democratization of the decision-making process in city planning.
