摘要
我国国有企业股份制改革已取得了很大成就,但也存在着对股份制改革目的认识不清,行政干预过多,和一些企业“所有者虚置”等问题。应在股份制企业中,建立起规范的法人治理结构和经营机制,使其健康发展。
Great achievements have been achieved in the reform of share-holding system in state-owned enterprises,but there are still some problems existing in the process of reform.We should establish standard legal person governance structure and operating mechanism to make it develop healthily.
