摘要
大学生就业难,是当今社会一个严峻的现实,而新疆少数民族大学毕业生的就业难,则更是不争的事实,其深层原因在于:社会转型的影响;我区高校专业设置及培养模式与社会需求不相适应;高校为少数民族大学生求职提供的信息咨询服务等就业指导体系不够健全;用人单位考核人才向'复合型'方向发展.另外,少数民族大学毕业生自身方面还存在许多原因.因此解决就业难问题,从根本上讲,必须通过政府、学校、用人单位、及大学生自身等各方面的努力才能得到逐步解决.
Today university graduates are facing employment difficulties and the case is the same for ethnic minority university graduates in Xinjiang.These difficulties chiefly result from the fact that: a) the society is under social transformation; b) some specialties set up by colleges and universities; and c) the training mode in Xinjiang cannot meet the requirements of the society;d) there are no complete employment information consultation service system available in colleges or universities to offer sufficient vocational guidance for ethnic minority students, and e)employers tend to recruit students with both academic knowledge and vocational skills. In addition, ethnic minority university graduates also need to make efforts to meet the new requirements of the employment. Therefore, we need joint endeavor exerted by the government, colleges and universities, employers as well as university graduates themselves to overcome the current difficulties in employment.
