摘要
改革开放以来,中国经历的深刻社会变革正在解构着传统社会道德价值体系,弱化了社会道德机制的调节与控制作用,由此引发了当前社会道德价值趋向紊乱、社会伦理道德失范等问题.公民道德建设的关键是构建既符合时代发展要求,又与中华民族传统美德相承接的共同价值观.同时,通过自律与它律两种道德建设机制培养全体公民的道德责任感,重构新时期中国公民的道德价值体系.
With the implementation of reform and opening policy,China has experienced profound social transformation which is destroying Chinese traditional moral and value systems,attenuating the adjustment and the control actions of moral mechanism,which leads to,as a result,the current social problems that moral value trends to disorder,and social ethics loses control.The key point of moral construction is to build a set of values which conforms both to the times requirement and to the Chinese traditional morals.Now it is needed to arouse citizens'moral sense of responsibility,to reconstruct the system of Chinese citizens' moral values in new era through self-discipline and discipline.
