摘要
目的了解糖尿病足的临床特点,探讨糖尿病足的中西医结合护理对策。方法分析13例糖尿病足患者的临床表现以及所采用的治疗和护理措施。结果空腹血糖较治疗前明显降低,血压平稳,11例糖尿病足完全愈合,2例基本愈合,所有患者均有良好的心理状态。结论严格控制血糖,积极控制感染,辨证施治,重视患足的中西医结合护理,根据患者不同的个性特点及心理状况,采取相应的健康教育和心理护理,是治疗成功的关键。
Objective In order to understand the Clinical characteristics of Diabetic Feet, explore the nursing care countermeasure combination of chinese and western medicine for Diabetic Feet.Methods Analysis the Clinical performance and the treatment and nursing care measures for 13 patients with Diabetic Feet.Results The empty stomach blood sugar were obviously lower than those before treatment,the blood pressure were steady,11 cases of diabetic foot were healing, two cases were nearly healing, all patients had a satisfatory psychologic condition.Conclusion Control the blood sugar strictly, control the infection actively, distinguish the symptom and give the correct treatment, think highly of the nursing care combination of chinese and western medicine for Diabetic Feet,according to the different personality behavior and psychologic status of every patient, take the corresponding health education and psychologic nursing care, are the key point of succeed treatment.
