摘要
目的探讨用钛合金空心螺钉内固定治疗高龄患者股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法70岁以上的股骨颈骨折患者27例,男性16例,女性11例,年龄70～92岁,平均79.4岁,在臂机监视下打入3根钛合金空心螺钉。结果24例患者获得随访,随访时间5～32个月,平均13个月,随访患者全部愈合,愈合时间为3～7个月,平均4.4个月。无严重合并症出现。结论对于高龄患者的股骨颈骨折,用钛合金空心螺钉内固定治疗具有创伤小、手术时间短、术后并发症少等优点,是一种比较理想的治疗手段。
Objective To explore the clinnial effects of the senile femoral- neck fracture with titanium bone screw.Methods Twenty- seven case s were selected,there were 16 males and 11 females,the eldest is 92 years old,the youngestis 70 years,the average time is 79.4 years(70～92).The titanium cannulated screws were driven into under monitor of 'C'arm X- ray machine. Results The average followed- up period were 13 months and all patients healed.The average heal-ing time is 4.4 months.There was no serious complications.Conclusions The use so the titanium cannulated screws notonly presented advantages of little wound and little time of operation,but also made few compliments after operation.Therefore,it is rather ideal method to treat the senile patients of femoral- neck fracture whose situation are not good.
