摘要
SDS-PAGE电泳可区分不同相对分子质量的蛋白质,该法现已广泛应用于各种生物的蛋白质相对分子质量检测及不同生物种类蛋白质的比较研究.利用SDS-PAGE电泳比较分析了黄绿型和灰绿型两种生态型羊草在蛋白质水平上不同的分子质量的差异.对两种生态型羊草野外采集与移栽叶片的SDS-PAGE电泳图分析后,每个样品分别获得20~30条蛋白质条带,其中两个时期不同生态型之间稳定存在的差异条带有3条,并且可以大致确定其相对分子质量,初步推测其中可能有导致叶色差异的蛋白质.
SDS-PAGE is a technique for protein separation by molecular weights(MW).This method is now wide- ly used in detection molecular weights and comparative studies of protein of vary species.In this paper,we studied the differences between Leymus chinensis yellow-green type and gray-green type with SDS-PAGE on protein level.We deployed SDS-PAGE to analyze the proteome of yellow-green type and gray-green type Leymus chinensis of wild and transplant.We analyzed the result and detected about 20-30 components on different molecular weights in each sample.Based on the data,by comparing the proteome of the two eco- types Leymus Chinensis samples from different stages,it is evident that there is 3 different components always present.And we could get these molecular weights.We consider the proteins in these components are related to leaf color.
