摘要
利用共沉淀法制备了纳米ZrO2粉体,观测到样品晶相随煅烧温度升高逐渐由四方相转化为单斜相.在室温观察到纳米ZrO2有较强的峰值分别位于380 nm和470 nm的蓝紫、近紫外发射.同时观测到随着煅烧温度的升高和颗粒尺寸的增大,两个发射谱带的强度变化明显不同.
The nanometer ZrO2 powder body using co-precipitation method were prepared,the sample crystalling phase along with the calcining heat ascension gradually by the square inversion of phases for the monocline were observed.Nanometer ZrO2 has the strong peak value to be located 380 nm and 470 nm separately bluish violet,the near ultraviolet launch were observed at room temperature.Simultaneously observing along with the calcining heat ascension and particle size enlargement,intensity changing of two emission band oisbvious different.
