摘要
高校学生党员发展工作程序性、规范性强,是一项经常性、基础性工作。为保证工作的顺利开展,应坚持与时俱进的精神,创新工作机制、改进工作方法,建立责任机制、监督机制、教育管理机制,使学生党员发展工作更加有序、规范。
The enrollment of Party members from university students is continuous basic work of strict procedure and standardization.To ensure the smoothness of the work,we must keep up with the progress of the times,innovate the work mechanism,improve working methods,setting up mechanisms of responsibility,supervision,education and management,making it more orderly and standardized.
