摘要
目前人们普遍关心的高校教育教学质量问题主要有两类:第一类是与西方发达国家相比我国高校存在着培养的学生创新能力不够、没有世界一流大学、没有出诺贝尔奖获得者等问题;第二类是学校发展和办学过程中出现的问题,如办学条件跟不上招生发展的需要、新校区建设贷款欠债,专业设置、培养目标、课程体系与社会需求脱节,大学生就业难等等。第一类问题会随着我国综合国力的提升而逐步得到解决。增加政府的教育投入、主管部门加强宏观调控、降低生师比、教学与科研协调发展、加强高校与社会的联系与合作、实行适合本校实际情况的学分制等则是目前解决第二类问题的有效措施。
At present,two types of problems concerning teaching quality receive great attention.First,compared with developed countries in the west,our students are weak in innovative power,first-rate universities are lacking and Nobel prize winner is still absent.Second,many problems still exist such as poor schooling conditions,heavy debts,gap between school courses and demands of the society,difficult employment for graduates,etc.For the former,the gradual increase in the comprehensive power of our country will be the solution.And for the latter,measures should be taken,including greater input from the government,increased macro-adjustment by government,lower student-teacher ratio,coordinated development of teaching and research,promote contact with society and implementation of credit system and so on.
