摘要
目的:探讨求嗣丹治疗无排卵致不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将253例无排卵致不孕症患者随机分为以求嗣丹治疗的治疗组(129例)和以氯米芬治疗的对照组(124例)。结果:治疗组与对照组促排卵疗效无差异(P>0.05),而痊愈(妊娠)疗效有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:求嗣丹对气虚而又肾精不足所致无排卵致不孕症有较好的临床疗效,且用药后均有不同程度的增强体质作用。
Objective:to investigate curative effect of Qiusi Elixir on anovulia induced barrenness.Method:253 subjects of anovulia induced barrenness were randomly divided to treated group(129 cases) treated with Qiusi Elixir and control group(124 cases) treated with Clomiphene.Result:There was little difference in improving ovulation of both groups(P>0.05),yet considerable difference in perfect cure(cyesis)(P>0.05).Conclusion:anovulia induced barrenness due to deficiency of qi and kidney essence respond well to Qiusi Elixir,and general condition of patients were built up to varied degree after medication.
