摘要
目的观察多潘立酮联合培菲康治疗儿童营养不良的疗效。方法随机抽取172例1～7岁营养不良儿童,观察其单独服用多潘立酮和培菲康和联合服用二药1～3个月后食欲及体质量增长情况的改变,并进行对比分析。结果多潘立酮联合培菲康治疗儿童营养不良,食欲食量及体质量增长情况均有明显改善,总有效率92.3%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论多潘立酮联合培菲康治疗儿童营养不良安全、显效。
Objective Observe the effects of domperidone and bifid triple viable powder treats malnutrition children.Methods 172 malnutrition Children of 1-7 years old were chosen.Observe the changes of appetite and body weight growth after taking domperidone and bifid triple viable powder separately or together for 1-3 months.Results Domperidone and bifid triple viable powder treat malnutrition children improve the children's appetite and increase their body weight.The effective rate is 92.3%.There was significant difference that domperidone and bifid triple viable powder use together compared with being used separately.Conclusion For malnutrition children,Domperidone and bifid triple viable powder use together is obviously effective and safe.
