摘要 目的比较急慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)骨髓巨核细胞改变特点。方法包括30例急性ITP及38例慢性ITP初诊患者,其骨髓片经瑞氏染色,显微镜下计数巨核细胞。结果急慢性ITP的原巨核细胞、幼巨核细胞、颗粒型巨核细胞及裸核巨核细胞数量增多,尤其是急性ITP。急慢性ITP的产生,血小板型巨核细胞均减少,急性ITP更为显著。慢性ITP易见血小板型幼巨核细胞。结论急慢性ITP巨核细胞增多,且显著成熟障碍,尤其是急性ITP。 Objective To compare the megakaryocyte change features of bone marrow smears from acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(AITP)and chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(CITP).Methods 30 cases of newly diagnosed AITP and 38 cases of newly diagnosed CITP patients are included.Their bone marrow smears handled by Wright's stain,megakaryocytes are counted with microscope.Results For both AITP and CITP,the number of megakaryoblast,promegakaryocyte,granular megakaryocyte,and naked nucleus megakaryocyte is increased,much more for AITP.The platelet-forming megakaryocyte is decreased for both AITP and CITP,much less for AITP.The platelet-forming promegakaryocyte is easily seen for CITP.Conclusion The megakaryocytes of both AITP and CITP grow in number and become extremely dysmature,especially for AITP.
