摘要
目的 为控制益气聪明丸的质量,建立黄芪、黄柏和升麻的薄层色谱鉴别和葛根的高效液相含量测定方法.方法 采用薄层色谱法,鉴别黄芪药材中的黄芪甲苷、黄柏药材中的盐酸小檗碱、升麻药材中的异阿魏酸;用高效液相法测定葛根药材中的葛根素含量.结果 鉴别方法操作简单,专属性强,重复性好,阴性对照无干扰;含量测定方法操作简单,准确,葛根素在0.114～4.560 μg之间呈良好的线性关系,葛根素的回收率为99.03%.结论 本质量标准能有效地控制益气聪明丸的质量.
Objective In order to control the quality of yiqi congming pills,we establish TLC methods for identification of radix astragali,cortex phellodendri chinensis and rhizome cimicifugae,and establish HPLC methods for determing the contents of puerarin in yiqi congming pills. Methods Used the TLC methods to identificate of Astragaloside in radix astragali,berberine hydrochloride in cortex phellodendri chinensis,isoferulic acid in rhizome cimicifugae.Used the HPLC methods to determine the contents of puerarin in yiqi congming pills. Results The results showd that TLC methods established were simply,steady,and could be used for identification the three substances in yiqi congming pills.HPLC method established was simply,accurate,and had a good linearity in the rang of 0.114-4.560 μg,with a mean recovery of puerarin as high as 99.03%. Conclusion This quality standard can control the quality of yiqi congming pills effectively.
