摘要
目的探讨MDM2蛋白、p53在脑胶质瘤的表达及其在肿瘤发生发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化技术检测35例胶质瘤组织中MDM2、p53的表达。结果MDM2、p53在胶质瘤中的表达率分别为17·1%(6/35),45·7%(16/35)。MDM2表达与突变型p53表达呈负相关,Pearson相关系数(r=-0·531)。两者均与胶质瘤病理分型相关,标准回归系数(Beta)值分别为:MDM20·443,p530·74。结论Mdm2的表达与p53的表达存在负相关,是肿瘤高度恶性的生物学标志。
Objective To study the incidence of MDM2 expression in different histopathol-ogical grades of glioma and to investigate the regulatory model of MDM2 in tumor cel1.Methods The surgical specimens from 35 brain glioma patients were analysed to detect MDM2 expression with immunohistochemical method.Results The incidence of MDM2 expression was 17.1%(6/35) in glioma.There was a positive correlation between MDM2、p53 expression and grade of glioma by using the Speamaan Corelation test to analyse the data.Conclusion There Was a positive correlation between histopathological grades of glioma and MDM2 accumulation,p53 expression.Mdm2 decrease was in accordance with p53 expression.Mdm2 and p53 expression was the biological character of high grade tumor.
