摘要
目的探讨外科治疗颅眶沟通性肿瘤手术方法及效果。方法分析21例颅眶沟通性肿瘤患者的治疗方案,采用经额下入路或经翼点入路以及扩大联合入路3种手术方法,在显微镜下切除肿瘤。结果经额下手术6例,全切除5例,次全切除1例;经翼点入路显微手术4例,全切除2例,次全切2例;联合入路11例,全切8例;均无死亡患者。结论采用显微外科技术,针对肿瘤的性质及位置特点选择正确的手术入路是提高颅眶沟通性肿瘤全切率、减少并发征的关键。
Objective To study the operative approach for cranio – orbital tumor.Methods A retrospective analysis of diagnoses and therapy of 21 patients with cranio-orbital tumor was conducted. Results Total resection was done in 15 cases , subtotal resection in 3 cases , with no mortality. Of the 21 patients . Conclusion It is importaint to choose the correct operative approach for total resection of cranio-orbital tumor.
