摘要
目的观察小脑生物电治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法140例急性脑梗死患者分为治疗组和对照组。其中82例治疗组患者在常规药物治疗基础上,加用小脑生物电治疗:主电极放置于双侧乳突区,辅电极放置于瘫痪侧肢体伸面,电刺激每次持续30～40min,2次/d,连续10d。采用脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分(CNDS)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评定两组病例治疗效果。结果两组病例治疗后30d时CNDS、ADL均显著改善(P<0·01～0·001),而且加小脑生物电的治疗组比单纯常规药物治疗的对照组临床更有效(P<0·01)。结论急性脑梗死在常规药物治疗基础上加小脑生物电治疗能更好地提高疗效,减轻病残程度。
Objective To study the curative effect of cerebellar bioelectricity treating acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods One hundred-forty cases with ACI were randomly divided treatment group and control group.The cases of control group had only been given treated with routine drugs.The patients of treatment group (82 cases) had given treated with cerebellar bioelectricity on the base of routine drugs.Chinical neurologic deficit score(CNDS)、Activity of Daily living(ADL) were evaluated.Results In the patients of cerebellar bioelectricity treating or those not, CNDS 、ADL were improved after treatment (P<0.01～0.001) in thirtieth days.And the patients with cerebellar bioelectricity treating were better than that with drug only (P<0.01).Conclusion It has a better curative effect on the patients with ACI by routine drugs plus cerebellar bioelectricity treating.
