摘要
目的了解参麦注射液(参脉)在大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)中对C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法将实验动物随机分为12组:即治疗A组:油酸+参麦后第6h组;治疗B组:油酸+参麦后第8h组;治疗C组:油酸+参麦后第12h组;治疗D组:油酸+参麦后12h-追加参麦-第16h组;治疗E组:油酸+参麦后12h-追加参麦-第24h组;治疗F组:油酸+参麦后12h-追加参麦-24h后再追加参麦-第36h组。用生理盐水替换参麦为油酸损伤对照组,分别为A′、B′、C′、D′、E′、F′组。用血清超氧化物岐化酶(T-SOD)评价抗氧自由基水平;用血清CRP水平观察急性炎症反应程度。结果①CRP:两组均呈上升趋势;治疗D组、对照F′组水平最高;对照C′组较治疗C组为高。②T-SOD:治疗B组和F组较对照B′组和F′组为高。结论参麦注射液是一种较好的抗氧自由基药物,但对CRP影响不大。
Objective To understand the function of Shenmai injection acted on CRP in acute lung injury(ALI)on rats.Methods The experimental animals were divided into 12 groups randomly.Half were the curative groups and the others were the injured groups as control.The curative groups are group A:6 hrs after injected oleic acid and Shenmai injection;group B:8 hrs after injected oleic acid and Shenmai injection;group C:12 hrs after injected oleic acid and Shenmai injection;group D:16 hrs,including the 12 hrs after injected oleic acid and Shenmai injection,and the 4 hrs after annexed Shenmai injection again;group E:24 hrs,including the 12 hrs after injected oleic acid and Shenmai injection,and the 12 hrs after annexed Shenmai injection again;group F:36 hrs,including the 24 hrs as group E and the 12 hrs after annexed Shenmai injection one more time.The injured groups as control:to replace Shenmai injection by NS in each group as described above,and marked the new groups as A',B',C',D',E' and F'.The level of oxygen free radicals were assessed by examining superoxide dismutase(SOD),and degree of ALI by CRP.Results ① CRP:the two groups are increase;the highest are group D and F';group C'is higher than C.②T-SOD:group B and F are higher than group B'and F'.Conclusion Shenmai injection is a kind of fairly strong medicine against oxy-radicals,but it has hardly effect on CRP.
