摘要
目的观察冠心病患者血浆脂联素水平的变化,探讨血浆脂联素水平与AMI院内主要不良心血管事件关系。方法选择冠心病患者151例,其中稳定型心绞痛47例,不稳定型心绞痛50例,急性心肌梗死(AMI)54例。选择50例健康体检者为正常对照组。采用ELISA法测定血浆脂联素浓度,比较不同类型冠心病患者及AMI院内有无发生主要不良心血管事件脂联素的均数。结果1血浆脂联素浓度(ug/ml):冠心病组(5.29±2.13)显著低于正常对照组(7.84±2.23,P<0.01);稳定型心绞痛组(7.17±1.73),与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不稳定型心绞痛组(4.72±1.68)显著低于正常对照组和SA组(P<0.01);心肌梗死组(4.17±1.73)显著低于正常对照组和SA组(P<0.01)。2发生住院主要不良心血管事件(MACE)的AMI患者血浆脂联素(ug/ml)水平分析:MACE组血浆脂联素水平(2.73±1.16)明显低于非MACE组(4.83±1.55,P<0.01)。结论低脂联素水平可能是冠心病的发病因素之一,血浆脂联素水平可能有助于反映冠心病斑块的稳定性,也有助于AMI院内主要不良心血管事件预测。
Objective To study changes of plasma adiponectin levels in patients with coronary heart disease and to investigate its clinical implications of predicting MACE of AMI.Methods coronary heart disease(n=151)and health control group(n=50)were selected.Coronary heart disease group were divided into stable angina pectoris group(n=47),unstable angina pectoris group(n=50)and acute myocardial infarction(n=54).we measured plasma concentration of adiponectin by 1emzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results 1.plasma concentrations of adiponectin(ug/ml):coronary heart disease group(5.29±2.13)were lower significantly than health control group(7.84±2.23,P<0.01);there were no differences between SA group(7.17±1.73)and health control group(P>0.05);UA group(4.72±1.68)were lower significantly than health control group and SA group(P<0.01);AMI group(4.17±1.73)were lower significantly than health control group and SA group(P<0.01);2.plasma concentrations of adiponectin(ug/ml)of AMI group with major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE):MACE group(2.73± 1.16)were lower significantly than no MACE group(4.83± 1.55)(P<0.01);Conclusion 1.low adiponectin level is possibly one of etiological factors of coronary heart disease,and plasma adiponectin levels possibly reflect plaque stability of coronary heart disease,and predict MACE of AMI.
