摘要 　　卒中是威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一,也是首要致残原因.一级预防是减少卒中发病和负担的关键.2006年5月美国心脏协会/美国卒中协会(ASA)发布了最新的缺血性卒中一级预防指南[1-2],从循证医学的角度对缺血性卒中一级预防进行了总结规范.在缺血性卒中的一级预防药物治疗中,阿司匹林具有重要的地位,是目前性一具有缺血性卒中一级预防循证医学证据的抗血小板药物.然而阿司匹林的使用还远远不够,并且存在剂量不规范等问题[3].……
