摘要
根据GB/T1236-2000标准,研制出一套多叶离心通风机综合性能教学试验装置,系统介绍了试验装置的结构特点与原理,编制了进气式试验测试分析的计算软件,所开发的软件具有界面直观,操作方便的特点,方便进行性能曲线试验教学。通过实例,验证了试验软件的实用性,得到了风机性能曲线。
According to GB/T 1236 -2000 standard, a set of teaching test equipment for comprehensive performance of multi -blade centrifugal fans is developed. This paper systematically introduces the structural characteristics and principles of test equipment. The calculation software of inlet type testing measurement and analysis is drafted. This software is convenient to carry out the test teaching for performance curves and has the characteristics of interface clarity and easy to operate. The practicality of this software is verified based on examples and the performance curves for fan are obtained.
