摘要
该文阐述了金沙江流域南亚热带地区自然资源特点,对农业发展潜力进行分析,提出特色农业现状和存在的主要问题及制定规划、加强基础设施建设等5项促进当地特色农业发展的政策建议。
This paper expounds the traits of natural resources in southern subtropical region at Jinsha River valley;analyzes its development potentialities in agriculture;puts forward the present status and major problems in agriculture with special characteristics;and raises 5 policy suggestions as developing plans,strengthening infrastructure construction,etc to promote the development of agriculture with special local characteristics.
