摘要
社会和谐是一个全球社会发展的永恒主题。全球化与全球社会现代化的相对一致和重合,促进了全球社会转型和社会现代化。全球化背景下和谐社会构建面临的突出矛盾是:全球社会发展的不平衡、不平等与不公正矛盾突出,中国社会的贫富分化造成了"社会关系紧张"。面对当今和谐建设中社会贫富分化、社会需求多元化、社会人际关系复杂化,而各级领导对社会认知的"经济化"和社会的"陌生化",以及社会管理弱化、社会整合的表面化现象,必须高度关注领导和领导集体普遍需求的能力,关注当今全球化时代提高领导管理社会、创新社会管理体制和机制的能力。
Harmony is the permanent motif.Globalization and social modernization have promoted the transfer of the global society.In this background the main problems are the imbalance,inequality and unfairness.In China the great gap between the rich and the poor has caused the'social tension'.Facing such problems as multi-needs,complicated relationships and others,leaders at all levels must focus on both economy and society.The collective leadership should be given much attention so as to raise the management ability in the global age.
