摘要
后冷战时代,经济外交已逐渐成为国家的一种重要政策手段和行为。21世纪中国应将拉丁美洲作为经济外交中的重要一环。中国对拉丁美洲的经济外交既要兼顾现实和长远利益,又要关注对拉丁美洲经济外交中的缺失,采取有效的措施。
In the period of the post-cold war,Economic diplomacy gradually changed into a kind of strategy and action for each country which obtained self-interest.Especially,in the 21st century,China should consider Latin-America as an important part of its economic diplomacy.In this process,China must pay attention to reality,long-term interest and deficit,and work out some practical policy.
