大豆异黄酮对急性衰老小鼠学习记忆障碍的改善作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究大豆异黄酮对D-半乳糖所致急性衰老小鼠学习记忆障碍保护作用及其作用机理。方法皮下注射D-半乳糖150 mg/d共6周,实验组腹腔注射大豆异黄酮0.3、0.6、0.9 mg/kg共6周后,用跳台、避暗等实验方法测定小鼠学习记忆能力,同时测定小鼠脑内乙酰胆碱脂酶(AchE)及脑B型单胺氧化酶(MAO-B)的含量。结果D-半乳糖所致急性衰老小鼠记忆能力明显降低,表现为避暗、跳台实验的错误次数明显增加,以及增加脑B型单胺氧化酶含量及脑内AchE的含量,大豆异黄酮各剂量组能够减少小鼠电击次数(错误次数),24 h重复实验,可延长跳下平台的潜伏期及进入暗箱的潜伏期,错误次数明显减少。同时降低了脑内AchE和MAO-B。结论大豆异黄酮对D-半乳糖所致痴呆小鼠学习记忆障碍具有保护作用,能增强学习记忆能力,可能和大豆异黄酮具有抗氧化能力、能降低脑内AchE活性有关。 Objective To study the protective effects and mechanism of soy isoflavones on learning and memory of mouse acute senescent model induced by D-galactose.Mehtods After sc D-galactose 150 mg/kg and soy isoflavones 0.3,0.6,0.9 mg/kg for 6w,the ability of learning and memory of mice were examined,AchE and MAO-B in mouse brain were measured by using step down test and step through test.Results Soy isoflavones could lead to prolonged latency of mouse′s step down and latency of entering dark cabin,reduced wrong times and frequency after 24 hours,activities of AchE and MAO-B were inhibited.Conclusion Conclusion Soy isoflavones had protective effects on brain learning and memory of mouse acute senescent model induced by D-galactose.Its mechanism was probably due to protecting the brain neuron from harm of lipoperoside,reducing the inhibit of the activities of AchE.
