人力资源是通过投资形成的,凝结于劳动者身上的知识、技能和健康等。人力资源投资是开发人力资源的物质前提,包括人力资源数量投资和人力资源质量投资。其投资可分为微观投资和宏观投资两大类。
The human resources are formed by investment,and it reflects the knowledge,the skills and the health of the labor. The investment of human resources is the base of the development of human resources,including the quantitative investment of human resources and the qualitative investment of human resources. They canbe divided into microcosmic investment and macroscopic investment.
