摘要
现在的图书馆受到来自各方面的严峻挑战,要想跟上时代的步伐、适应社会的发展,就要在人力资源的开发与科学使用上调整观念、更新制度,以读者市场为目标,对图书馆的人力资源进行深层开发。
Presently libraries have to face challenges from all sides.To keep up with the time and meet the needs of the society,libraries need to update their ideas for human resources and their utilization,reform their management so that human resources are explored to the full and readers are served better.
