摘要
搞好职工利益分配是打造和谐企业的重要方面。本文对企业分配过程中所涉及到的企业利益和职工利益、部分职工利益和全体职工利益、物质利益和其它利益、眼前利益和长远利益的分配作了辩证分析,并就如何正确处理这些关系作了探讨。
