摘要
当前,我国农村公共事业发展的现状是总体比较滞后,管理低效,发展环境较差。发展农村公共事业,我们需要研究做好农村公共事业的建设和管理工作,做好农村公共产品的供给工作,在强化政府的“公共”意识和职责、公共事业投资方式和投资平衡性、公共事业管理模式、财政、金融和行政管理改革等诸多中间环节上寻找对策。
At Present,the development of the construction of the public facilities in the countryside is on the whole backward,poor-managed and less-developed.In search for counter-measures to develop the public facilities,we should study the construction and management;supply enough public goods,strengthen the conception of“public”,the way of investment and the reform in the mode of management,finance,and administration.
