介绍了缺陷汽车产品召回的概念及发展,分析了美国、法国、日本和中国的缺陷汽车产品召回管理制度,对我国的缺陷汽车产品召回管理制度提出了建议。
This paper introduces the concept and development of the defective automobile products recall system,analyses the defective automobile products recall management system of American,France,Japan and China,and gives advice about the defective automobile products recall management system of our country.
