摘要
本文主要介绍总结了国外发达国家利用法律解决环境资源问题的成功经验即重视可持续发展原则,经济学方法充分运用,法律体系科学、完备,环境监管机制高效,政府重视、民众支持。以期对解决我国日益严峻的环境资源问题有所裨益。
This paper summarizes the successful experience,i.e.the sustainable development principles,application of economics methods,perfect scientific legal system,the high-efficient environment supervision,and more policy guide from government,and the support from the mass,which are from foreign developed countries on how to solve the environmental problems by legal resources,hoping to find solution to the increasingly serious problems of resources and environment.
