摘要
德国移民问题突出表现在吸纳与排斥、同化与异化、人才外流与劳工涌入、移民限制与非法移民剧增、主权与超主权五个方面的相互矛盾。矛盾成因很多,主因在于经济的驱动和文化宗教的异质。德国的新移民法比较先前采取了积极的步骤,有利于改善移民管理,规范移民程序,但目标仍不明晰,在移民社会福利和政治权利方面进步不大.需要在移民融合和扶持方面做出改进。
The Immigration contradictions lie in five sections such as the conflicts between include and exclude,assimilation and differentiation,brain strain and working power's influx,limit of immigration and rise of illegal immigration,sovereignty and super-sovereignty.The main reasons for that are economic drive and heterogeneity in culture and religion.The new Immigration Act in Germany is more progressive thant past,and is helpful to improvement in immigration management,regularizing the procedure,while its aim is not clear,and the step in immigration welfare and political rights is not big,in the meanwhile it needs reform in immigration integration and support.
