摘要
当前,相对于高校教学管理而言,高校的行政管理呈现落后态势。主要表现在管理理念滞后,导致管理总体水平偏低,影响学校发展。要改变这种状况,就必须创新管理理念,使管理走向专业化、科学化,才能提高管理效率和服务质量,促进学校各项事业的健康发展。
At present,administration in universities is developing in a lower level rather than the teaching management.The lag of administrating ideas results in a rather low level of management,which has hindered the development of universities themselves.To change such a situation,a new managing principle with the professional and scientific administration is proposed to carry on,which will bring up an effective and high-quality administration and fast development of the university as a whole.
