摘要
我国2001年修订的婚姻法确立的家务劳动补偿制度,具有重要的法律价值和现实意义。但该制度存在严重缺陷,其实际效用非常有限。为此,需要进一步完善法律制度,扩大这一制度的适用范围,并使之更具有可操作性,从而更好地实现立法目的。
The Housework Compensating System,which was established in our revised marriage law in 2001,has important lawful value and practical significance.However,the serious defects in the system make its actual efficacy restricted very greatly.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the law system and enlarge its application range so that it may be more applicable and realize the legislation purpose better.
