摘要
本文对新中国成立以来我国足球后备人才培养进行了系统的阐述,对后备人才的培养机构及管理情况进行了分析和探讨。
While tracing the historical development in the training of reserve soccer talents in China since 1949,the article explores the trainning organizations and the management of the reserve soccer talents.
