摘要
采用直观的烟雾显示技术成功地捕捉转子叶顶间隙泄漏流动图像。通过烟雾模拟上游叶片端壁尾迹,总结出不同转速下叶片对烟雾流的掠扫效应和间隙泄漏流动的规律,随着转子转速的提高,烟雾流扩散角减小,偏转角增大。
The top blade clearance flow image of rotor was taken by intuitionistic smoke display technology successfully. Through simulation tail trace of upstream blade end wall by smoke, it summarize sweep effect of blade on smoke flow and the rule of the clearance leakage flow under different speed, the smoke flow diffuser angle decrease and the deflection angle increase as the rotor speed up.
