摘要
中国游客在国外的不文明行为使公德问题再度成为人们关注的热点并引发了一场自上而下的公德教育运动。人群公德匮乏的教育原因主要有:道德教育目标失当;道德教育内容偏狭;知行脱节和道德素质考核和评价体系不完善等。要提高人群的公德素质就必须对经济、政治、文化、教育等多种因素进行系统改造。
uncivil behaviors made by chinese tourists are becoming a foucus.The course of mistakes of charity education in China are anomie of moral education,narrow of contents of moral education,imperfection of evaluation system of moral education.To elevate the quality of people's charity,the politic,economy,culture,education must be systematically reform.
