摘要
教师职务聘任制是国家建立的与公务员制度和劳动合同制度并行的、市场经济体制下较普遍采用的用人制度和形式。新安中学经过近一年时间的酝酿,于2006年11月实施了教师职务聘任制。本文拟对实施教师职务聘任制的意义、理论基础、基本做法和基本原则进行探讨和分析,以期进一步推进我校教师职务聘任制,同时希望对正在实施或者即将实施教师职务聘任制的学校有所借鉴与启示。
The system of the teachers' duty appointment is nationally established and widely used in the market economy system comparatively with servant system and the work contract system. The Xinan middle school implemented the teacher's duty appointment in November, 2006 after a year's preparation. This article carries on the discussion and analysis on its significance, basic theories, the essential procedures and the basic principles in order to further advance my school teacher's duty appointment and have the model and the inspiration to the implementing schools as well as the schools to implement the system soon.
