摘要
硕士研究生能否就业关乎国计民生。文章通过搜集样本数据,总结分析某大学近几年来三十余个专业数千名硕士毕业生的就业状况,结合存在于高校内部的与硕士研究生培养质量紧密相关的生师比因素,实证研究二者之间的相互关系,并揭示不同水平下生师比数值对硕士研究生就业状况的影响程度,力求通过调整改变高校内部可控的生师比,为用人单位培养高质量人才,并最终为促进毕业生就业水平提高提供相关的理论支持和政策建议。
