精对苯二甲酸污水处理脱水系统的技术改进 被引量:1

摘要 扬子石化水厂精对苯二甲酸(PTA)污水处理主要采用厌氧+两段好氧的生化处理工艺,脱水系统分为两部分:TA废渣脱水系统和污泥脱水系统。脱水系统的安全稳定运行关系到整个PTA污水处理系统的效果。通过现场试验、设备改进、优化控制,解决了脱水系统存在的技术瓶颈和运行难点,脱水系统得以持续改进优化,实现了连续稳定高效运行,脱水效果指标:泥饼含固量(Cu)和固体回收率(η)都得到了显著地提高。产生经济效益同比改进前可达50.83万元·a-1。 anaerobic and two-stage aerobic processes are mainly used to treat PTA wastewater in our plant,and the dewatering system can be divided into two parts:TA residue dewatering system and sludge dewatering system. The safe and stable running of dewatering system is closely related to the effect of PTA wastewater treatment unit. Through site test,equipment improvement,control optimization,we solve the bottlenecks and running difficulty of dewatering system to realize continuous,stable,and effective running. The index of dewatering,solid content of sludge cake(Cu)and solid recovery rate(η)have been raised dramatically. Economic benefit can reach 508 300 RMB a year compared to before improvement on year-on-year basis.
