探讨了螺旋槽干气密封技术,详细分析了螺旋槽干气密封技术的结构、特点及工作原理,探讨了密封参数,并举例分析了干气密封系统。
The paper discusses technology of spiral groove dry gas seal and analyzes its structure, characteristics and working principle in detail. The seal parameters are also presented and dry gas seal system is analyzed in example.
